Our Sculpture Prices
All our Shona Sculpture prices are in US dollars and include Free Shipping within the USA and Canada . We also regularly ship to the United Kingdom (UK) and the rest of Europe . For our 'Signature Pieces', we will quote shipping costs separately and will confirm these costs with you before finalizing any sale. We will only charge your credit card once we ship the sculpture to you.
If you do not see what you are looking for on our website, please email us a description of the sculpture you are looking for and we will do our best to fill your request from our extensive collection in our warehouse. Whether it's a Shona Bust or a contemporary "Family of Three" sculpture, we are sure that we can find the sculpture you are looking for.

Shipping Costs
"Free Shipping" includes packaging, insurance and customs brokerage charges within the USA and Canada . We use Fedex in the USA and Canpar in Canada as our shippers. For very large sculptures (over 65lbs) we use a specialist shipping company and will quote separately for you before finalizing any sale. We will only charge your credit card once we ship the item to you.
We will normally ship the sculpture within 3 business days. Should you wish to expedite delivery using an overnight courier service, please contact us for the applicable additional charges.
Packaging: for the smaller sculptures, we use a custom foam packaging solution that moulds to the shape of the sculpture and provides complete protection. For larger sculptures, we use made-to-fit, sturdy wooden crates that are designed to handle the extreme weight.
Orders from outside the USA and Canada : we can arrange delivery anywhere in the world. Once we have your address details, we will be happy to provide an exact quote for delivery to your country. You will be responsible for all local fees or duties that may be applicable in your country.
Making Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and JCL. Cheques require prior approval and are subject to clearance delays.
Our Return/Exchange Policy
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us and is absolutely guarranteed. We have sold thousands of sculptures in our Gallery in Vancouver and online and we have an unblemished reputation for service.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it undamaged within:
• 7 Days – Full refund less a 10% re-stocking fee
• 30 Days – Exchange/Credit only
• CD's/DVD's – No exchange/refunds on opened items
For shipped items, we will refund you the full amount less the 10% restocking fee and the cost of shipping in both directions. If you need to return a shipped item, You must contact us for Return Approval before returning any merchandise to us. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

We are committed to protecting your privacy online. We do not sell or rent your personal information to others. We use customer information we collect only for the purposes of filling orders, contacting purchasers to inform them of their order status. |
